Those listed on our HEHAW Lists have some exceptions to rules listed below.
No harassment of users. If user tells you to stop and you don't, a temporary ban will be placed on you. If you still don't stop it will then be followed by a permanent ban. This means harassment is defined as a repeated offense.
Absolutely no venting racial hatred. NOTE: Use of these words is allowed as long as its not venting hatred/harassing.
Do not publicly assault people/groups. We understand this happens in a gaming community, so a slip up is ok but not more than once a month. You will be warned followed by suspension and then permanent banning.
We discourage those under the age of 18 from signing up but due to the nature of the internet this can't be enforced.
No ads for people that don't play on our game servers
No flame wars or spamming (spamming as in filling an entire topic page for yourself)
No illegal posts that will cause this site to be taken down by authorities.
Stuff needs to be marked as NSFW unless its a one time kind of prank.
You can post whatever like like as long as the above rules are met and no laws are broken.
Please only post in English, if we cannot read your post we cannot help and cannot be sure if it follows the rules or not.
For any serious issues outside of TF2, report them to the owners Blissend/Postal/Gunny or our Super Moderators.
Note that these rules only apply to this game.

If you are under the age of 18, we are not held responsible for any type of behavior that may occur during gameplay.
No pretending to have authority on our servers. You may not pretend to be other players, members or admins.
Racial Slurs, discrimination, and harrasment is not allowed. You may vent out rage but do not make it personal.
Warn, Mute, Kick, Ban
You must keep yourself in check and follow all rules.
We are a lenient bunch and will give out warnings first.
If you have been warned for micspamming, behave yourself for the rest of the day. If you continue to micspam, you will be muted.
If you are constantly being told by an admin to behave, expect to be kicked. If you return and continue your act, you are banned.
All bans are handled by admins. Players may not voteban others.
Players banned for cheating/hacking are not allowed to be given a chance if guilty. All bans for such an occassion must come with valid proof.
If an admin ban you for hacking and there is no valid proof such as a demo, your ban will be lifted. Word of mouth is not good enough.
If it is blantanly obvious you are hacking (ex. aimbot) even a 5 second demo is good enough to get you banned.
Those banned for poor behavior may appeal the ban through the forums.
Those banned for hacking may try to appeal the ban in an email to admins@ihavecnb.com. Luck better be on your side.
All bans should be reported by an admin in the admin section of the forum with an explanation to keep further logs or through Sourcebans.
FastSpawn
Fast Spawn is the server of choice for the more serious player so follow all rules.
Those using software such as HLSS/HLDJ are allowed to play clips up to 30 seconds in length.
You may not edit your clips so you can get around the auto-mute function since there is a 30 second cooldown period.
Admins are at their discretion to determine if you are spamming. If told to stop spamming, stop immediately or be kicked.
2MANY custm1zat1ons
TMC for short is the server of choice for those looking for more crazy gameplay and noise.
Those using software such as HLSS/HLDJ are allowed to play clips up to 60 seconds in length.
You may not edit your clips so you can get around the auto-mute function since there is a 15 second cooldown period.
Admins are at their discretion to determine if you are spamming. If told to stop spamming, stop immediately or be kicked.
This server has a larger pool of custom made maps made by other players. Any problems with a map, email admins@ihavecnb.com or post on our forums
TF2 Admin Rules
Must be active for at least 10 hours a month. GameME will help log this.
Admin breaks/vacations are encouraged and will exempt you from the minimum admin activity time.
Trials do not apply to the above TF2 Admin Rules. They are at the sole discretion of the server heads until promoted.
Even though micspam is allowed, if you are screaming or playing obnoxious sounds on purpose, expect to be muted and warned.
For any serious issues report them immediately to Postal and/or that server's head admin.
The CnB tag is to be taken seriously as it shows your dedication to the community.
Requirement: Player needs to be 18 years of age to join with a cool/respectful attitude.
Requirement: Two days on any CnB Server or any other game played by CnB members and having time played vouched for by at least 5 admins/SuperMods (Must have admins/SuperMods vouch for time in pledge thread)
Requirement: Regular Activity in Teamspeak (great way to get to know people who are not active on the forums
Requirement: Participation in at least 2 events (can be the same event, but not at the same time)
Requirement: Regular Activity on forums (mix of posts and shoutbox usage, spam posts will not be counted or tolerated.)
TF2 Pledge Process
To begin the process, you should be a registered member on the forums.
You should have an introduction thread made in the introduction section of the forums.
If you are a member, go to the pledge section and begin a new thread titled "I, <PlayerName>, pledge myself to the brotherhood of the big balls"
You can now include at the end of your in-game name <CnB> which signifies you are a pledging member.
You are to wear that tag at the end for 14+ days.
You can not remove the tag unless required by certain games/situations. Please be prepared to explain why.
Actual CnB members must vouch for you in your pledge thread by giving a positive reason as to why you're A-OK or simply voting in the poll.
As a pledgee, DO NOT GO ADVERTISING FOR VOTES. You may bump your own thread after 48 hours.
If anyone has any reason to object, send an email to admins@ihavecnb.com with the subject CnB Member Rejection. Don't hesitate to do so.
Once you receive 25 positive member (CNB) votes, the admins will discuss your pledge in private and determine eligibility but at this point you are most likely in. If a CnB board member votes in favor then your positive member vote requirement is reduced in half.
The admins will begin a poll in which 15 admins must vote in favor of the pledgee within 3 weeks. If successful, you become a member and can change the format of your tag like everyone else CnB|YourHandle. If a CnB board member votes in favor then your positive member vote requirement is reduced in half.
If denied, you will be notified and you will be able to try the process over again in 31 days for a second chance.
Member Rules
CnB members should behave themselves to a reasonable level for the sake of the community's image.
Members who resign through a fit of rage and removes their tag must start from the beginning.
Admins who resign or needs to take a break is given the choice of honorary status which allows some level of control.
In TF2, honorary admins who would like to go back to their old set of powers must go up the chain once again.
Members stripped of status due to behavior within the community will be denied second chances if the overall community majority and/or leaders refuse entrance again.
